The Youth to Business Forum is a unique meeting point for youth leaders from around the world and leading organizations. At this event, delegates comprising of leaders from selected organizations, International AIESEC Interns, AIESEC members and students from different universities will meet and share their perspectives and propose possible actions around issues of relevance. This is a global concept undertaken by more than 110 countries and 800 plus cities across the world.

PURPOSE

With the above stated concept of Youth to Business, AIESEC Baroda for the second time held this forum in the city. This time with a purpose of Youth Empowerment and with a vision:
With a purpose of engaging our major stakeholders, Youth to Business 2012 was carried out to impact the youth with the initiatives of LEAD sessions, and the corporate sector by conducting a corporate hour.

The direct purpose of the forum was creating a bridge between the today's youth and corporate world that made AIESEC Baroda to present an event that achieved a lot in terms of exclusivity, promotions, stakeholder's attention, client satisfaction and media involvement.
"CHARGE TOWARDS YOUR RELEVANCE"

With an idea stated above we thought of introducing this cause that asks several most important questions concerning both the Corporate and Youth in today world.

How much is today's youth relevant to society, within themselves, and to the corporate world?

How their behavior and understanding connects the Business world?

How much do their ethics relate to the corporate world?

Is today's youth even aware of corporate world importance?

Ask your relevance and take the charge now, by acknowledging the views and changing trends of the corporate world by interacting with the Corporates.
One of the major purposes associated with the theme was "enabling youth to take a charge and discover their relevance."

By focusing on these issues we needed to emphasize on global changing trends of corporate world and the demand of globalization. This leaves back a thought in everyone's mind which then initiated with the open panel discussion topic: DIVERSITY AT WORKPLACE
