To add further delight in the community, they are now providing the BBQ recipe from top cook Sandra Lee of hot honeyed spare ribs to their members.
Talking about the hot honeyed spare ribs recipe, a senior executive working with them said, "As stated in the recipe, to make finger licking ribs, you would require 4 pounds of baby back ribs, cut in half, 1 tablespoon garlic salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 cup honey, 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce, 1/4 cup chili garlic sauce, 1 cup Catalina dressing and 1 teaspoon ground ginger."
Sandra Lee advices people to start with preheating the broiler. Spray the top rack lightly with the cooking spray. Next season the ribs with garlic salt & pepper. After that broil them for about 5 to 6 minutes, then turn the ribs and broil the other side for an additional 5-6 minutes. Now place the browned ribs in a slow cooker. Grab a bowl and mix the rest of the ingredients in it. Pour this mixture on the ribs and move them to ensure that they are coated well.
"Cover the ribs and let them cook for 3 to 4 hours on high setting and then about 8 hours on low setting. After this, remove the ribs from the slow cooker as per the recipe. Let them cool slightly. It is now ready to get cut into individual rib pieces. Skim grease from the sauce. If you liked, you can serve the ribs with sauce on the side." Their senior executive added.
