Bruce T. Meller Celebrates 9 Years of Business Success
Bruce T. Meller created his own remodeling company, Home Forge Remodeling, in 2004. His company has been very successful within the Atlanta community.
(prHWY.com) December 18, 2012 - Decatur, GA -- Bruce T. Meller has been a part of the business world for many years. Before he created Home Forge Remodeling, Bruce T. Meller spent nearly three decades working as a project manager. His past work experiences include Product Development for Bristol Myers, Management Consulting for Booz, Allen & Hamilton, and serving as Vice President of Marketing for UPS Capital.
It was his position of Vice President that Bruce T. Meller left in order to create his own business in 2004. "You see home remodeling shows on television all the time now, and they've created an interest among consumers to remodel. It was an industry I was interested getting involved in," explains Bruce T. Meller. After creating Home Forge Remodeling, Bruce T. Meller also joined the National Kitchen and Bath Association, the National Association of the Remodeling Industry, and Peachtree Business Connections.
The driving force behind Bruce T. Meller's business success is his company's promise to finish all projects in three and a half weeks. His is the only remodeling company in Atlanta to offer that guarantee. So how does Bruce T. Meller deliver on that promise? "There is one team per project. That is the only project the team works on from start to finish," explains Bruce T. Meller.
There is another reason behind the method. "I want customers to know we are reliable and trustworthy. When the same people show up every day, they know who to expect to see. Customers also know who to call for questions or concerns. It is all about our customers feeling comfortable," says Bruce T. Meller. And it is a model that has been working for 9 years.
Home Forge Remodeling has completed 400 projects since the company's founding. Bruce T. Meller's clientele has increased to include both residential and commercial customers. He has remodeled locations for a number of professional clients including Atlanta's Center for Disease Control, Emory University, and a number of law firms. "The CDC has so much faith and trust in our company that clients have often given us keys to their home while they travel trusting their homes will be safe and the work completed once they return," recalls Bruce T. Meller. It is this faith in his company that makes him a proud business owner.
