Gulf Petrochem Group appoints Frederik Jan Berend Twiest as Deputy General Manager - Terminal Operations
The appointment is part of continuing efforts to strengthen the company's senior management team

Gulf Petrochem Group, a leading player in the oil industry, has recently appointed Frederik Jan Berend Twiest as Deputy General Manager - Terminal Operations. The appointment is part of continuing efforts to strengthen the company's senior management team, while complementing Gulf Petrochem's aggressive expansion drive with key projects, including the USD 130 million Fujairah Oil Terminal.

Twiest joins Gulf Petrochem following three decades of work experience in oil storage terminals in Europe, North America, and the Caribbean. He has travelled to oil storage terminals worldwide as consultant engineer and has previously served in various senior management roles, assuming responsibilities for operations, maintenance, planning and project engineering among others.
