Daler Mehndi gifts Pigeon Kabootar to Teen Thay Bhai.

The high powered video "Pigeon Kabootar" featuring Daler Mehndi has been sung as well as composed by him for Rakeysh Om Prakash Mehra's debut comedy flick "Teen Thay Bhai". Daler, who was initially roped in to playback the song composed by Ranjit Barot and Rajat Dholakia, extempored to gift them his version of the song full of the signature Daler Mehndi USP.

The original track has Bengali Baul rock nuances rendered by Daler in his impeccable style. After finishing the song, Daler asked the recordist to record his version of the song and told Rakeysh Om Prakash Mehra, Barot & Dholakia to keep it if they liked it. On just a simple key (notes) & a rhythm loop, Daler sang the entire song. Music was added later by Dholakia. The song came out so well that the Director decided to shot the same as the title and roped in Daler to do a cameo.

The new composition by Mehndi has punch to catapult the audiences to a different zone where the song along with the rhythm can evoke dance reactions and make people take notice. The song has already become a hit within a couple of days.
