(prHWY.com) September 7, 2012 - Huntington, UT -- Huntington, Utah (August 24, 2012) - Elements Wilderness Program is facilitating a wilderness therapy
camp for troubled boys who are struggling with behavioral, psychological, social, and emotional ordeals. This highly specialized program is tailored to start the holistic healing process these young men need.
The wilderness-based program is designed to help young men ages 13 to 17 to deal with and overcome different personal issues. Elements recognizes the fact that no two cases are alike even if these young men deal with the same emotional or relational problems. Their therapy professionals work with a wide range of diagnostic profiles and individually assess every applicant's situation to determine a treatment approach.
At
Elements' wilderness camps for boys, all students go through a phase system as part of the rehabilitation and healing process. These phases include Acclimation, Exploration, Discovery, Mastery, and Mentor. All these five phases are aimed to instill motivation, accountability, self-confidence, and a sense of responsibility in each student.
At their behavior camps for boys, Elements also offers dialectical behavioral therapy, adventure-based programming, and community-wellness-nature therapy. At their core, these intensive programs are designed to give each student a sense of empowerment and strong support--things that teenagers specifically need at this phase of their lives.
Parents interested in enrolling their children at Elements can contact co-founder and Admissions Director John Karren at 801-505-8481 or email john@elementswilderness.com. They can discuss the situation of their sons and assess if they are qualified for Elements' wilderness camps for boys.
