Following a long and illustrious career, Hunter M. A. Carr has served as the Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President of ITIS Holdings Inc., Litidex, Inc., National Law Library, Inc. Family First, Inc., Carr Agency, Inc., Leonard's BarbQue, Inc., Futuron, Inc. He has made investments in many companies, and is involved in many partnerships.

As Chief Executive Officer of ITIS Holdings Inc., Mr. Carr oversees millions of documents including thousands of Internet customers and hundreds of employees. He founded Internet Law Library, Inc., the predecessor of ITIS Holdings Inc. and ITIS Inc. National Law Library, Inc. Litidex, Inc. and served as CEO and Chairman of the board since 1984. He has broad knowledge of business strategies, financing, and technological experience. Being one of the intivators, leading to the search engines on the internet, searching engines for large blocks of data on Personal Computers. He is creative in new businesses, new strategies, and advancing technology where he lead the field in document management for 20 years.

A lifelong entrepreneur, Hunter M. A. Carr is a visionary who knows how to get things done. Mr. Carr served as the Chairman and CEO of Litidex (R), a Texas corporation, from April 1994 to July 1999 and again from May 2002 to January 2004. Prior to that, he served for more than five years as the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of ITIS Inc. Mr. Carr was responsible in document management and in developing methods of storing millions of pages on PCs. He has founded many successful companies that include "virtual" law library and iExalt, Inc, Christian Media company . He also served as a Vice Chairman of the Board of Sunbelt Exploration Inc. from August 30, 1999 to November 15, 1999, when it changed it name to iExalt.
