Thank heavens! After a long wait somebody thought of dedicating a property site dedicated to the Delhi/NCR region. It is www.flatsindelhi.com. These guys have done a commendable job in designing the site.
The site is dedicated to:
- Residential properties in Delhi
- Residential properties in Faridabad
- Residential properties in Noida
- Residential properties in Gurgaon
- Residential properties in Ghaziabad
- Residential properties in Greater Noida
- Flats in Delhi
- Flats in Faridabad
- Flats in Noida
- Flats in Gurgaon
- Flats in Ghaziabad
- Flats in Greater Noida
So now it makes it much easier for home buyers and property sellers to strike the right deal, well, atleast in the Delhi/NCR. The sellers can simply signup and post their property there. Then just sit back and wait for the right buyer to approach them.
The property buyers looking to buy a property in Delhi/NCR too have a nice 'property Search' option where can filter the properties to suit their needs.

Did I forget to mention the Property agents and dealers?

There are a gazillion options for Property brokers too. Not just the boring options that you see on commonly known property sites. There's a lot more. The brokers can do some nice branding and marketing on this site without having to burn a hole in their pockets. The pricing has been done to give you the maximum bang for the buck. The people behind www.flatsindelhi.com seem to have done a good amount of research before making this site.
The look and feel is pretty interesting.

Now, time for what they could have done better.

The issue you'd face is that the home page takes slightly longer to open. Then there are a couple of links which were broken when I visited the site. Hope they would have done the correct linking when you visit the site.
Overall, a pleasant experience to visit and browse the site.
