China based Sichuan China International Travel Service ("Sichuan") has completed its acquisition of ChinaTibetTrain.com, the fast-growing provider of Tibet travel related services.

The transaction enhances Sichuan's position as the leading provider of travel and tourism services in mainland China and Tibet. The combined companies will benefit consumers, businesses, and increase market opportunity. The total consideration for the Canadian based company has not been disclosed.
