Dr. Barry J. Glaser has been providing quality dental care since 1988. He received a B.A. in psychology from Binghamton University in 1984 and was
awarded his Dental Degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1988. He then completed a one-year hospital residency at Englewood Hospital in1989 and went on to earn his Specialty Certification in Orthodontics from Boston University School of Graduate Dentistry in 1992.

First Visit

The purpose of an initial consultation is twofold. First, it gives you the opportunity to get to know us and see our office. Second, it gives Dr. Glaser the opportunity to perform an initial examination to determine your orthodontic needs.
What to expect

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment so that we can answer any initial questions you may have and assist you with some preliminary paperwork regarding your medical history. Please bring any information you have regarding your dental insurance carrier. One of our friendly staff members will then escort you to the consultation room, where Dr. Glaser will perform a simple, painless orthodontic examination. Dr. Glaser will explain the nature of your orthodontic problem, will offer treatment options for correction and will answer any questions you may have. Next, our treatment coordinator will discuss with you "Ortho 101", a complete overview of the ins and outs of orthodontics. It is our goal to provide you with all the information necessary to assist you in making an informed decision about your treatment.
