(prHWY.com) June 1, 2011 - Cincinnati, OH -- The DEA is investigating local convenient stores for controlling today's drug market. The phenomenon of designer drugs has crept into American soil from foreign corruption stemming from various regions of Europe. These designer drugs range from synthetic cannabinoids to synthetic meth-amphetamines and even pseudo-opiates.
The DEA is trying to eradicate this issue and have placed an emergency ban on 6 chemicals used to create these designer drugs, but no sooner than the ban was passed were there replacement drugs shipped in from Europe to keep our children high. These drugs are not FDA approved and are sold as "potpourri" and other products that mask their ingredients. They do not disclose what IS in these products, but rather what IS NOT.
These drugs have been known to cause human injury, irrational thinking, and even death in the U.S., so why would any responsible American sell these products to other Americans...they wouldn't!
These products are sold primarily by foreigners that come to America and start a convenient store while receiving tax credits for 5 years. They are "homeland terrorists" in that, they are insurgents on our own soil that are poisoning Americans with biological warfare by using our free-trade laws against us. They slap a sticker that says "not for human consumption" on the packaging and then advertise the products as a marijuana alternative by placing ads in media such as High Times magazine and selling the products at retail businesses known as "smoke shops" that are widely known as hubs for drug users.
The primary difference in the way the "smoke shops" sell their products and how these biological terrorists are doing it is the age verification process. You must show legal adulthood to even enter a "smoke shop", whereas these terrorists are operating normal convenient stores that require no proof of age. The products sold by these Chemops terrorists go unregulated because they are "not for human consumption"...so, in the end, these "Convenient Store Terrorists" continue to push their chemicals onto American youth that have not been tried nor tested on humans, but the one things that has been proven is that THEY KILL AMERICANS daily!
One such example to this tragedy is a convenient store located at Shop Rite 7911 Reading Rd,Cincinnati, OH 45237,Phone : (513) 821-6080. This establishment has been operating without even as much as a legal business filing for over a year. It was originally a business filing in Ohio for Roselawn Express, Inc. (filing OH-1496522) with the registered agent: JEHAD A. JALLAQ. That entity expired on 05/07/2009. However, during the legal incorporation period for Roselawn Express, Inc. they filed a fictitious name for the business name SHOP RITE in an effort to pull traffic from the widely-known Shop Rite stores on the East Coast. This business filing is what they still operate under, but there is a problem. This was simply a fictitious name filing (OH-1518888) and it has also expired as of 02/03/2010.
So, now we have a business that is operating as a convenient store selling designer drugs and drug paraphernalia to youths and doing it all tax-free without any consequences. And to top it all off, they have blatantly taken advantage of America's tax credits for immigrants. This is an atrocity and illegal by every meaning of the law on local, state, and federal levels and needs to be investigated to prevent another attack on our own soil becoming successful, but this time...instead of using our planes and trains, they are using our cash registers.
