(prHWY.com) March 12, 2013 - Seattle, WA -- Some individuals might say that using white labeled SEO tactics is for the birds, but one local Seattle SEO company is trying to change people's perception. And they are doing it in a unique way - with chickens.

"When people would ask me what I did for a living, they would scoff at it as if it wasn't something real", said the owner of Blue Skies Ahead SEO. "I ran into a lot of people who thought SEO tactics and search engine ranking weren't important. I really wanted to have a fun and exciting way to change people's opinion of it."

After several months of brainstorming with his fellow co-workers, the owner of Blue Skies Ahead SEO came up with a unique way to generate interest in SEO and search engine rankings - by hosting a chicken race.

"People thought it was weird, but it really is something that could captivate people's attention", said the owner. "I grew up on a farm and we were always getting together to host chicken races. This is a fun way to get people involved with SEO and search engine tactics."

Currently, Blue Skies Ahead SEO hosts three chicken races a year, but they are planning on working the chicken races into their business plan. They want to be able to use the chickens as a way to showcase how a certain client's search engine rank looks.

"I would love to ideally take a few chickens and train them to race and always place in a certain spot", said the owner. "This would allow me to show my clients how their website is doing compared to the competition. They could be represented by one chicken and their competition would be represented by another."

The training of the chickens may take time. It would also require Blue Skies Ahead SEO to find an appropriate facility to host the chicken races when showing the clients. All of these requirements may take months to sort through.

"We have a few things to work out", said the owner. "What I really want to achieve from this is just the ability to make everything fun. I want people to think of search engine ranking as something that is essential, but not painful. I want them to just have fun with it all."

Blue Skies Ahead SEO has a chicken race scheduled for early July.

"I welcome any other Seattle SEO company to come join in the fun", said the owner. "If they don't this time, they are welcome to at any time."
