Or if you prefer to live dangerously and ride through some rough rapids on your kayak then you are in luck, because a lot of people love to kayak this way! Kayaking is a great exercise for your arms and some say it even puts you in closer touch with nature. David Lafko recommends that everyone should try a little bit of kayaking in his or her life as soon as possible if you have not already done so.

David Lafko also really likes to go rock climbing. Rock climbing can be enjoyed by yourself, but is much more safe when enjoyed with a group of friends. People have gone climbing by themselves in the past and ended up missing. Hollywood movies have even been made about rock climbers! It is a very exciting hobby. David Lafko also recommends that everyone who attempts rock climbing to remember to always bring with you and utilize all of the required and recommended safety gear.
