Physical Activity and Cycling Defines Life of Julian Peter Andretta

(prHWY.com) March 4, 2013 - Charlotte, NC -- It is hard to get away from the message that regular physical activity keeps us healthy in life. Julian Peter Andretta embraces a healthy lifestyle by working hard in his career but also by staying active in his personal time. One of his favorite recreational activities is cycling.

"Although I attended Savannah College of Art and Design for my master's degree in architecture, I ended up working as a graphic designer and Head of Video Productions for Gita Sporting Goods," says Julian Peter Andretta. He began working for the cycling import and distribution company in 2010. The company imports cycling equipment and other goods related to the industry from around the world, but the primary country of import is Italy.

"For the company, I produce videos advertising the business and products on YouTube. I created the YouTube channel GitaCyclingVids to showcase the company's videos," says Julian Peter Andretta. In addition to video production, he also designs retro-inspired cyclist clothing for Giordana clothing collection which was a creation of Gita Sporting Goods owner in 1980.

Julian Peter Andretta's life has been surrounded by cycling. Even for charity work, he has participated in the cycling fundraising event 24-Hours of Booty. The event raises money for both local and national cancer charities. He was an annual participant from 2006 to 2012.

Cycling is not the only recreation activity that Julian Peter Andretta performs. He also runs. In 2010, Julian Peter Andretta participated in two running events in Charlotte, North Carolina. Out of a total 4, 570 participants, Julian Peter Andretta placed 817 in the Charlotte's Thunder Road Amica Insurance Half Marathon. "After participating in the half marathon, I ran in the 8K Charlotte Turkey Trot where I came in 705th place," says Julian Peter Andretta.
