Lizandro Portillo Adds 'Property Management' to Portfolio of Services

(prHWY.com) February 20, 2013 - Bismarck, ND -- Lizandro Portillo, a prolific entrepreneur in central North Dakota, is pleased to announce that he is now offering property management services through Portillo Property Management. In addition to serving landlords and property owners, the company is meeting the needs of tenants by providing apartment search services and easy-to-use online maintenance request forms.

"My team, small though it may be, is very excited about the directions Portillo Property Management could take off in," says Lizandro Portillo, the company's founder. "At this point, we're working hard to serve the clients we currently have while expanding our services to reach out to other property owners in the Bismarck [North Dakota] area."

The new property management service isn't the entrepreneur's sole business operation. Lizandro Portillo is the owner of a number of local businesses, including a website development company, home maintenance and repairs company, organic pastureland leasing company, and more.

"It's true; I'm adding another service to my lineup! I'm hoping to leverage the success of my other companies in the beginning phases of Portillo Property Management," says Lizandro Portillo. Portillo currently owns a company, Yellow Jacket Mitigation Services, that already offers eviction services and assistance with abandoned apartments.

"I believe that the combined talents of my employees and various companies can serve as a fine catalyst for getting Portillo Property Management off to a strong start in 2013," says Lizandro Portillo.

In addition to helping owners locate renters for their properties, Lizandro Portillo is excited about performing apartment searches for out-of-area renters who will be visiting Bismarck for the hunting season. "Many people travel to Bismarck during hunting season. Unfortunately, it can be challenging to find accommodations in an area this size. Not everything is listed on Craigslist and the major outlets. In fact, most of the best properties aren't," says Lizandro Portillo.

Lizandro Portillo also specializes in finding apartments for people with special needs. "I can't tell you how many people I've heard complain about not being able to find pet-friendly housing or housing that's handicapped accessible. I hate that, and I decided to do something about it," says Lizandro Portillo. "We look forward to serving those tenants in 2013!"
