Deneeta Pope Celebrates 4 Years Since Attending Pres Inauguration
In 2009, Deneeta Pope attended President Obama's first inauguration and the Midwestern Ball.

"It was one of the most incredible experiences of my life," said Deneeta Pope, who supported Obama during the 2008 campaign. Living and working in Chicago, Deneeta Pope was as excited as any inauguration attendee to be present at the seminal event.
"Being at that inauguration made me proud to be an American and dually proud to be an African-American," commented Deneeta Pope. Like many Americans, Pope held hopes that the inauguration of President Obama would bring about change for minorities. Deneeta Pope has her business, Excel Solutions, Inc., certified by the City of Chicago and the State of Illinois as a Minority Business Enterprise. "
"While I continue to be a Democrat, I am anxious for more change in D.C. Frankly, I wish there were no party lines and our elected officials could figure out how to put their differences aside for the betterment of our country and with care to protect our financial futures," she remarks.
While Deneeta Pope enjoyed the President's inaugural event, it wasn't the only event the businesswoman attended on that evening. Deneeta Pope is also celebrating the memory of attending the Midwestern Ball in the Washington Convention Center. The Midwestern Ball was given for guests from the states of Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, Nebraska, Ohio, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.
"The Midwestern Ball was a glamorous and exciting affair," commented Deneeta Pope, "that I'll always remember. Plus, I was able to get a closer look at President Obama and the new First Lady when they came through to visit!"
