AmericaWide Energy Announces New President and CEO Joe B. Steinfeldt

Twenty Year Technology and Renewable Energy C Level Executive Veteran agrees to lead AmericaWide Energy ESCO into a formidable competitor.

Danbury, CT (prHWY.com) December 24, 2012 - Danbury, CT, December 24, 2012 -- AmericaWide Energy news, the trusted leader in Energy today announces the appointment of Joe B. Steinfeldt as AmericaWide Energy's Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors effective on December 22, 2012. Mr. Steinfeldt brings more than 20 years of relevant energy industry experience to his new role having previously served as CEO of Nova Wind, Mr. Steinfeldt replaces Henry Wong, who is AmericaWide Energy's chairman of the board, who has served as interim CEO since July, 2012

Mr. Wong was quoted as stating, "Our search was extensive. It was clear, however after meeting Joe for the first time and a review of his background, which he was to be our new CEO. We welcome Joe's experience and leadership to the AmericaWide Energy community, we couldn't be happier! It is not very often that a person of his background and expertise comes our way. In his new role as Chief Executive Officer, he will be responsible for delivering our updated 2013 Board's directive, improving gross margins, and bringing the company to profitable growth. Mr. Steinfeldt has experience in leading and transitioning companies to make them world leaders within their industries. Prior to AmericaWide, Mr. Steinfeldt served as CEO of Nova Wind an international corporation based in Germany. From 1991 to 2012 he has led companies from small startups to over 1300 employees with revenues of over 23 billion dollars. He also served as the COO of Innovative Wind Power located in Bremerhaven, Germany. Prior, he founded and served as CEO of Alphatech Voice and Data Solutions, and was appointed as CEO of Accolade Technologies both based in Oregon. Mr. Steinfeldt has won many awards including "Most Successful Hardware Reseller CEO for the US" from PBX.com magazine

Mr. Steinfeldt attended Portland State University where he obtained a BS degree in Business Administration while minoring in Business Technology. He has and does sit on boards of corporations small to global in size.
