Lewis and Clark Administrator Fayne Griffiths Celebrates 32 Years in Financial Aid Services
Fayne Griffiths, Director of Student Departmental and Account Services at Lewis and Clark College, celebrates her thirty-second anniversary in the financial services field.

"Financial aid is an extremely important aspect of attaining a good education for many students, especially today, as education costs continue to increase," said Fayne Griffiths. "I'm proud to have been making a difference in the lives of students throughout Portland for the past thirty years."
Fayne Griffiths put herself through college as an undergraduate studying business management at George Fox University while working as the Director of Financial Aid and Director of Student Services at the National College of Naturopathic Medicine. In 1995, upon receiving her BA, Fayne Griffiths enrolled in an MBA program as George Fox .
"Working and going to school at the same time was very much an eye opener for me," said Fayne Griffiths. "It gave me a deeper understanding of how difficult it can be for students who are juggling full time work to put themselves through college."
In 2006, Fayne Griffiths joined the staff at Clackamas Community College as Director of Student Financial Services, and became Registrar of the American College of Health Sciences in 2010. In 2011, Fayne Anne Griffiths became Director of Student and Departmental Account Services, a post that she still holds today. Fayne Griffiths has held memberships with a number of professional organizations in the financial aid administration field, and continues to attend trainings on administrative management and leadership.
"I've learned an incredible amount over the past thirty-two years, and I've built fantastic relationships with students, faculty, and administrators throughout Portland," remarked Fayne Griffiths. "I'm excited to continue growing as an administrator and helping students gain access to education in a financially responsible way."
