South Florida, FL (prHWY.com) December 14, 2012 - Captain Joshua Kerrigan is pleased to announce that his company, Yacht Management, has just signed a deal locking them in as managers of the newest marina being built in South Florida. Joshua Kerrigan's company will be maintaining, caring for, and otherwise managing yachts housed in the new marina's 25 slips.

"This is a fantastic opportunity for Yacht Management," remarked Joshua Kerrigan. "We are a constantly expanding company, and this contract will give us not only more space for present clients' yachts, but also the ability to create ties with potential new clients who will be interested in utilizing the slips at the marina."

Joshua Kerrigan, as head of Yacht Management, is presently overseeing various aspects of the construction of the new marina. Before construction could begin in October of 2012, Joshua Kerrigan worked with local governments and other companies to obtain the many permits required to build a marina. Joshua Kerrigan will also be hiring an additional full-time captain to oversee management at the new marina.

"I'm very excited about this new venture," said Joshua Kerrigan. "Yacht Management largely relies upon word of mouth to get new clients, and the management of an entire marina will be a great way to aggressively expand into another client base."

Joshua Kerrigan also noted that managing an entire marina will help provide even better customer service, a large focus of Yacht Management's work. With such a centralized facility, clients will be able to both house their yachts and have them cared for all in one convenient location.

Yacht Management has been in business for over ten years, and provides a whole array of services to yachts in the 40' to 130' range. Joshua Kerrigan has recently put his eye on expanding the business, having seen a boom in interest among the South Florida yachting community, where he has already serviced over a thousand individual yachts. Some of Joshua Kerrigan's recent initiatives have included purchasing new vehicles for the company, hiring additional staff members including a full time diver, opening a new office in the Bahamas, and various chartering services.

Interested yacht owners should contact Joshua Kerrigan for a personalized consultation.
