The Panelist Includes Mr. Ved Prakash Chaturvedi, Chief Executive Capital Markets & Investment Mgmt. Group, L & T Financial Holdings, Mr. Amit Tandon, Managing Director, Institutional Investor Advisory Services India Limited and Mr. Vivek Kudva, Managing Director, India and CEEMEA, Franklin Templeton Investments. The seminar will include three sub-topics - Key Areas for Institutional Activism, Role of Proxy Advisors and Modes of Interaction with Companies'.
