Doha, Qatar (prHWY.com) December 3, 2012 - Executive recruitment and interim management provider Executives Online has announced the opening of its first office in the Middle East, located in Doha, Qatar.
The new office will capitalise on the growth in executive recruitment in the broader Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region and extend Executives Online's unique recruitment process to companies and job-seekers there.

Executives Online GCC will offer the same recruitment services that have proven so popular with clients globally: Interim management, to get executive talent working quickly in organisations, via fixed-term contracts. Permanent executive recruitment that operates dramatically more quickly than executive search to deliver the right candidates for any executive role.
Executives Online GCC is led by Ahmad Majeed, an experienced entrepreneur with track record in project management and online business models. Ahmad earned a Master of Construction Engineering and Management degree from Griffith University, Australia and is a Certified Project Management Professional. He has more than 10 years experience in construction management and facilities management. Ahmad has already established a facilities management company in the region and is currently its non executive director. He also established Amar Construction in 2007 and is currently the General Manager of that company, the annual turnover of which is 100,000,000 QAR.

Ahmad is joined in Executives Online GCC by Patrick Dwyer who will act as its General Manager. Patrick has been involved in the recruitment business for over 20 years. He began his career in London in the 80s, where he worked in the City for over 10 years. On returning to Ireland, he joined one of the most prestigious companies in the recruitment sector before moving on to set up and run a new division for another recruitment firm. At the turn of the millennium it became apparent to Patrick that there was gap in the recruitment market between the large financial companies with recruitment departments and the local high street agencies. In 2003, he started Irish Search Partners to fill this niche. In 2008 Irish Search Partners joined the global Executives Online network to become Executives Online Ireland.
Completing the initial team within Executives Online GCC is John Dickson Antony, a Human Resource professional with experience in management and organisation development, specialising in human resources issues and management development to create forward thinking workplaces. John has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Visvesvaraya Technological University, India. He has experience with labour laws, broad understanding of recruiting and HR practices and procedures. John has 3 years' work experience in the Middle East.
