On Saturday December 8th between 9am and 1pm, The Therapy Room Cambridge will be celebrating 5 years of practice by holding a Winter Health Fair, and everyone is welcome.

Cambridge, United Kingdom (prHWY.com) November 29, 2012 - Cambridge, UK, November 29, 2012 -- On Saturday December 8th between 9am and 1pm, The Therapy Room Cambridge will be celebrating 5 years of practice by holding a Winter Health Fair, and everyone is welcome.

They will be offering free taster treatments with the clinic's experienced and qualified team of therapists, including Massage, Reflexology, Osteopathy, Nutrition, Food Sensitivity Testing and Psychotherapy, amongst other therapies.

There will also be a chance to try out a NIA exercise class, for both adults and children. NIA is described as a combination of moving to music, having fun, connecting with other people and making some friends.

Alternatively there will be an opportunity to stand and move like Bamboo in the wind, strong, vital and flexible, with the QiGong class. Health talks will be given by their therapists on topics including nutrition and stress, with opportunities for you to have your questions answered.

Delicious organic breads, cakes, and drinks will be available to sample from local businesses who have a close connection with The Therapy Room.
