La Jolla Personal Trainer Offers Jiu Jitness Classes
La Jolla Sports Club offers a wide variety of fitness programs for kids and adults.

The goal of Jiu Jitsu is for the person to learn self-defense techniques. La Jolla gym instructor Clark Gracie is a four-time national Jiu Jitsu champion. He continues to compete while providing training at La Jolla Sports Club. Clark comes from a family of professional Jiu Jitsu athletes and received training from his father, Carley Gracie.
Jiu Jitsu classes are held Mondays through Thursdays from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM and Saturdays from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM. Jiu Jitsu novices are welcome to try La Jolla Sports Club's introductory classes. Apart from scheduled classes, members can sign up for personal training, nutritional consultations, and other forms of additional support that will help them achieve their wellness goals.
