This new system provided by Connexion2 called Identicom allows man down detection that makes emergency calls when users are incapacitated.

The manager of the firm comments its seventy driver work shifts can stretch across the clock. The work poses significant danger to lone workers and may involve visibility issues. This became the criteria as they researched for solutions to keep workers safe. The new system ensures that the workers are monitored as they work in the dark, collecting recyclable paper and cardboard from skips and containers and report distress in case they had an accident, were taken ill or injured.
