Hertford, United Kingdom (prHWY.com) April 16, 2011 - HERTFORD, UK - 27th January, 2011: Peyton & Byrne, one of London's top restaurant and catering companies, continues to expand helped by Aloha restaurant software from NFS Hospitality.

In 2010, Peyton & Byrne, run by restaurateur Oliver Peyton, widened its growing portfolio of restaurants and cafés in high-volume visitor attractions with the addition of outlets at the Royal Academy of Arts and the Royal Botanic Gardens at Kew. Equipped with new restaurant point of sale software, provided and fully supported by NFS, Peyton & Byrne will be able to gain good control of their revenues and provide fast and efficient customer service.

Peyton and Byrne's new six-year, £38 million contract at Kew - a World Heritage site - has over 1,200 covers, divided over four separate venues within the gardens. As well as a family-friendly restaurant and two self-service cafés, the caterer now operates a waiter-service restaurant in the Grade I-listed Orangery building. All four venues are to be refurbished during the first year of the contract.

The latest arts venue contract for the group, at The Royal Academy of Arts, sees Peyton and Byrne responsible for creating and managing the four dining spaces at the gallery on Piccadilly. The restaurant and bar at the Royal Academy have been completely refurbished and are expected to re-open in January 2011. Artwork from the Royal Academy's permanent collection has been selected to adorn the new surroundings.

As Peyton & Byrne continue to expand, one of Aloha's main benefits is that it will deliver better management control, enabling the catering company to have consistent F&B Management systems across their entire estate, which includes outlets at the National Gallery, the Institute of Contemporary Arts, the Wellcome Collection, the Wallace Collection, St James's Park, St Pancras Station and the British Library.

Peyton & Byrne's Banqueting & Events business, Peyton Events, also uses NFS technology. Rendezvous Events, the web-based conference software solution, consolidates Peyton & Byrne's entire customer database and offers Head Office centralised management and improved communications of their continually expanding multi-site catering business, which recently saw the addition of catering contracts at Kew Palace and Lancaster House.

"We are delighted to be able to assist Peyton and Byrne with their continued expansion as they move into more and more prestigious locations around the capital," comments Luis Desouza, Managing Director of NFS. "Our integrated management systems enable the firm to easily monitor and control their costs and revenues at every outlet, as well as provide a better dining experience for guests. By streamlining operations and making light work of management tasks, our technology leaves a lot more time for customer service."
