Webinar technology means that a visual presentation can be delivered while at the same time attendees can listen to the speaker and ask question via an interactive chat box. This type of technology is the closest way of mirroring an actual live training event.
With over 40% of the population having a visual preference, this adds to the learning experience. From a communication perspective delegates are more likely to retain the information for longer.

Which ultimately means the chance of taking action on the information delivered is more likely to happen and a result a recruitment consultant's performance will improve.
