Digital marketing firm linked to Kate Middleton scandal shuts down own site

The firm in Bristol which was found as the registrant for the website that housed the topless photos of the Duchess of Cambridge has shut down its website.

BRISTOL, United Kingdom (prHWY.com) October 19, 2012 - Bee digital marketing company in Bristol and is the company under whose name the domain was registered. Bee digital media make websites for client and helps them in digital marketing. Following an article in The Post .

The owner James Clifton says it is disturbing that the company's name was used without permission and said that the site containing the explicit images was not Bee Digital and was physically hosted in the U.S. Other than that he says he has no idea how his company's name got associated with the registration.

Further he says that he no longer runs Bee Digital media and he has kept the company and website in case he meant to revamp the business. He also said that he no longer resides at the address provided with Nominet , which manges websites including the website with the explicit content.

Lawyers for Kate and William have been seeking civil and criminal lawsuit against the French Closer magazine, which caused indignation when it published photos taken by a paparazzi while the royal couple relaxed on holiday at a secluded estate in the South of France.

James Clifton further commented: "I think it's wholly unfair to include my name because someone has typed my company name in a box somewhere in the US."
