1. Do not forget the bad times and good times

We tend to only remember the good things about a relationship after a breakup. They far outweigh the bad things in our minds at this time, but the truth is there are bad things that the relationship does not. Do not forget why the relationship failed and overcome why it never worked with these questions in it.

2. Avoid Contact

Do not go places you think your ex will. It will only hurt you more when you see them again. Just stay away from regular spots you used to wander for a while and start making some new places frequently.

3. Divert your mind

Whenever anger or despair comes into your mind, do something to distract thoughts. Napping, focus on a task, talk to a friend, talk to a stranger, or something else that keeps your mind occupied. You will find you feel better when you stop focusing on these thoughts and replace them regularly with other thoughts.

Live in the present moment is good for your health and happiness, and you will not think at this time the two of you have fun together. Instead you will focus on what is happening to you and feel more justified in your life. You can do this by using all your senses to your advantage. For example, if you are sitting in the park, instead of daydreaming about the past, listening to the trilling of birds, feel the wind on your skin, watch the kids play or feel the grass under your feet.

5. Do not forget all the bad moments What happened before

One of my favorite sayings is "This too will pass." This is a great thing to say to yourself, because it reminds you that you have faced moments of your life that you thought you would never get, but you did. Time has a way to cure your anger and make you happy again. So remember that as bad as you feel now you will one day look back on it as a souvenir and not a catastrophic event.
