If you have signed with said law firm stay there. We hope you receive millions of dollars for your sustained damages and sufferings. (It is up to the Jury in the lawsuits before the bench, not up to an arbitration panel)

Latest responses by PG&E to the People of Hinkley, CA has proven of how ignorant / arrogant PG&E's staff is.
Same behavior occurred in prior lawsuits, which sets precedence, leading to another, a lot larger settlement.

REFRAIN: Do not ask anything from the California Water Board, Lahontan Region, nor participate in anything.
Said Board has not done anything for the People of Hinkley, CA, nor will do anything. Money talks, from PG&E.
Said Board is for their staff employment longevity. That is why there are endless reports with exhibited fiasco.

EVIDENTIARY: Fraudulent-Corrupted Real Property's Reassessments by Assessor Dennis Draeger/ Appraisers:
A month ago an owner gets reassessment at $80,000; 3 weeks ago at $35,0000; 2 weeks ago at $13,000; and now at $7,500. We will stop Draeger by removing him from office. His appraiser must go now, he is fired !!!
Dennis Draeger /Appraisers: Stop your "Fishing Expeditions" and reassess all realty in Hinkley, CA at ZERO dated as a minimum, from 2009 and do not forget to refund taxes paid since said time (Statute of Limitations)
NO REFUND / ON THE CONTRARY: WE WILL FILE LAWSUITS AGAINST THE COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO !!!
