Herman Advertising is very pleased to announce that George Magda has joined our team as Vice President, National Accounts.
George has 15+ years of extensive experience within the automotive marketing space, with a strong concentration in digital. George has worked with hundreds of automotive dealer groups throughout the U.S. and Canada, guiding and mentoring successful automotive marketing and digital solutions.
George began his automotive career on the retail side with United Auto Group West (Penske PAG) in 1997. He rose quickly up the ranks through the successful utilization of burgeoning Internet technologies, towards his final position with UAG as Finance Director.
George moved on to become the Marketing Director for a Colorado-based top 100 dealer group. While there, he won a number of awards, including a JD Powers Catalyst Award Winner for best interactive automotive TV spot. George was also responsible for managing a $6 million annual advertising budget for the #1 Hispanic owned business in the U.S. at that time.
In 2008 George joined Dealer.com to launch the first all Spanish Dealer portal, and shortly thereafter, in 2009, was hired to become the Regional Sales Director for Dealer.Com. While at Dealer.com, he oversaw the Rocky Mountain, Midwest and Southwestern markets in the Western U.S.
As a result of this deep experience, and wide industry exposure gained by working with top dealer groups across the U.S. for over 15 years, George has become a well-known, trusted and respected resource in automotive, digital, and Hispanic automotive marketing.
In his new role, George will help grow Herman Advertising's national presence as the premier, full-service retail automotive agency.
