Gustave White Sotheby's International Realty announced the sale of 4+ oceanfront acres at 506 Ocean Road In Narragansett, Rhode Island, for $2,750,000.

Narragansett, RI (prHWY.com) August 24, 2012 - Gustave White Sotheby's International Realty announced the sale of 4+ oceanfront acres at 506 Ocean Road In Narragansett, Rhode Island, for $2,750,000. The property was listed by Jose Aguon, a Sales Associate with the company since 2004. According to Statewide MLS, this is the second highest sale in Narragansett this year and the highest land sale on record.

"This sale is yet another indication of the improving health of the Rhode Island real estate market, and of the waterfront market in general," commented Paul Leys, Co-owner of the firm.

This was a first time offering of the Ocean Road parcel, located on the site of the former Isaac E. Emerson estate.
