When presented with the facts that the Bieber memorabilia bids on eBay made on her work computer were put through under her ID "whartonmodeldiva87", hundreds of comments were made on various Bieber comment threads under the same moniker and that both of her daughters are deaf, Marlen suddenly remembered that she had "a ton of phone calls to make."
