Seattle, WA (prHWY.com) August 22, 2012 - Candace Marlen, one of only a few female CEOs on the Fortune 100 list, has received accolades from all corners of the globe. She's been on the cover of Fortune Magazine-twice. A strikingly beautiful woman, she has strutted her stuff on catwalks around the world, both before her chief executive days and after. On top of having two Ivy League degrees, a spot on the Fortune 100 list and an office view of the Manhattan skyline that Donald Trump would kill for, Candace
Marlen is a loving wife and mother of twin fourteen year old girls.

When asked how she juggles a busy professional life with the duties of a wife and mother, Marlen said, "The key is to set boundaries between the personal and professional. I'm very strict about making sure my work duties do not bleed into the personal sphere."

When Marlen's cosmetic company became involved in a lawsuit, the CEO brought in one of the best e-discovery software companies in the tri-state area. "I only deal with the best," the beautiful CEO emphatically stated. The e-discovery software quickly located the documents needed for the upcoming deposition.
However, the e-discovery software uncovered way more than evidence for a legal procedure.

Candace Marlen, a Dartmouth and Wharton graduate, a part-time supermodel and a female CEO who has reached the very heights of beauty, class and brains...is a super fan of the Canadian pop superstar Justin Bieber.

The e-discovery software uncovered a trail of frenzied Google searches for anything Bieber, often no more than fifteen minutes apart. The software also found evidence of multiple viewings of those first YouTube videos that catapulted the teenage singer into the stratosphere. The (unconfirmed) number of viewings figures into the thousands. The e-discovery software even uncovered Marlen's participation in an all-out eBay bidding battle for a pair of boxer briefs reportedly worn by the pop star.

Marlen denies having a personal appreciation for the pop singer, though she admits to doing some "Bieber work" at her posh office. "Remember, I have twin teenage girls. They both love him." When presented with the facts that the Bieber memorabilia bids on eBay made on her work computer were put through under her ID "whartonmodeldiva87", hundreds of comments were made on various Bieber comment threads under the same moniker and that both of her daughters are deaf, Marlen suddenly remembered that she had "a ton of phone calls to make."

Candace Marlen, Fortune 100 CEO, will embark on a publicity tour promoting her new bestselling book, Why It's Fabulous Being Me. She wants to remind those who are interested in attending a book reading and signing that she will not, repeat not, answer any questions regarding the e-discovery software findings. Those who don't comply will be escorted out of the facilities and laughed at by those who are better and more fabulous.
