Daimer® releases its most advanced series of 50 Hz, dry vapor gum extraction machines, the Ultra 5050CVG Gum Exterminator® systems.

The new machines support a maximum level of rated pressure and resident boiler temperatures.

Daimer®'s new Ultra KleenJet® 5050 CVG machines are based on an industrial steam cleaner to which the following has been added: a commercial vacuum, HEPA filtration, water filtration and Daimer®'s own Gum Exterminator® system. The 50 Hz, steam cleaners provide a total of 15-liters boiler and continual refill capacity. The refill unit can be replenished while the systems are on, which increases productivity and reduces down time. Each boiler has been manufactured from an industrial-grade, non-rust steel compound and carries a worldwide, lifetime Daimer.

The machines offer top resident boiler temperatures of 187ºC. The gum removal steam vacuum cleaners can attain top pressure levels of 8.6 bar, a higher level than offered by many competing machines in this price range.

Each 5050 CVG gum removal steam cleaner ships with adequate concentrated formula to produce 83.3 liters of finished solution.
