Online Hair Boutique owner says major changes are being made to business Ms Perfect Hair has been attacked by scores of people for poor customer service.
"We are not going to say all those complaints were lies. Some were, yes, but there may be truth to some of them," said the Online Hair Boutique Owner. "If we or our staff offended anyone or did something wrong, we give you our most heartfelt apology."
To that end, the owners and the staff have committed to major changes and major improvements. They said everyone at Ms Perfect Hair has worked very hard to bring customer service to be the best possible. Other problems, addressed in the malicious complaints, are also addressed where valid.
"Yes, I admit we made mistakes and our staff did. But we have identified the problems and fixed them. We are working extra hard to rebuild customer trust in us," one owner said. "We realize this is going to take some time, but we are committed to this turnaround."
As part of this change for the better, Ms Perfect Hair Owner's invites all the customers back to at least come and meet with them personally or call to discuss their experiences.
"If we don't know what went wrong, we can't fix it. Think of it this way: If someone said you did something wrong and you did not know, how would you feel? You'd want to talk to them and try and fix the problem. That's what we are asking. Come and talk with us," they said.
In addition, the staff has been instructed to take customer suggestions for improvement very seriously. They said Customers should tell the staff what needs improvement as well as what has improved.
"We can only get better when you suggest ways for us to improve," they said. "We're listening when you talk."
