Sweet Days - Chocolate Festival in Budapest

If you love chocolate, great homemade foods, wines, palinkas (the Hungarian brandy) and other delicacies, as well as jazz, funky, soul and other concerts, this is an excellent place to enjoy your Budapest stay in the romantic and majestice Buda Castle atop the Castle Hill on the hilly Buda side of Budapest.

Several multinational companies, chocolate craftsmen, producers and traders from Hungary and abroad will be in attendance at Sweet Days to tempt you with their delicacies. Fruits, seeds, coffee, vanilla, various syrups, honey, fine wines and sweet drinks will accompany the chocolate and candy at the festival.

There will be several kid-friendly programs to keep the little ones entertained while grown-ups can partake in chocolate-making courses and guided chocolate tasting tours or learn 'sweet' recipes and more. Evening entertainment includes musical programs and live concerts accompanied by drinks and fine wines.

September 20, Thursday: 11 am to midnight
September 21, Friday: 11 am to midnight
September 22, Saturday: 10 am to midnight
September 23, Sunday: 10 am to 10 pm

Entrance fees:
A day pass is HUF 1,900 for adults and HUF 900 for kids (6-12 years old).
Entrance is free for children under 6 years of age.
