Located earlier in Crystal Plaza at Andheri in Mumbai, iDream moves 500 metres down the same road, to Crystal Plaza. Company spokesperson Bharati Kadam explained that the move became necessary as the earlier office space did not allow the organization to expand its team any further.

After having commissioned to be part of two LEED rated corporate office designs, the iDream team is now equipped to handle all aspects of LEED rerquirements, said Kadam. LEED is the globally accepted rating system and more and more buildings in India are seeking to get LEED certification done.

Kadam also said that such designs, especially when executed with the interior fit-out in mind along with the shell, not only helps in such a certification, but also helps reduce carbon emission and reduce operational expenses of a building. In the near future, all new constructions are likely to mandatorily follow such guidelines, she added.
