Tasting Kitchen Magazine Expands Coverage to Hong Kong

The second issue of Macau.com's TK (Tasting Kitchen) magazine now includes coverage on Hong Kong's fine dining scene.
With the addition of a dining directory of nearly 100 of Hong Kong's top restaurants, the current issue of TK also features the story of an extraordinarily young and talented crew of chefs at Jeremy Biasiol's Mirror restaurant in Hong Kong.
TK is published every two months; its circulation reaching five-star hotels and other media outlets distributed alongside DM (Destination Macau), Macau's leading luxury lifestyle magazine.
July's edition of TK features a seafood extravaganza, packed from cover to cover with beautiful, creative and delicious seafood dishes made by some of the top chefs in the region.
The coming issue of TK (September 2012) will expand its fine-dining directory to include venues in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhongshan, and Zhuhai. Future issues will cover the fantastic culinary culture of the entire Pearl River Delta region.
