Suzlon PALS wins Tambuli Award 2012

Pune, India (prHWY.com) June 25, 2012 - Pune: Suzlon Group, the world's fifth leading wind turbine maker, announced that the company has received awards at the Tambuli Awards, 2012 held on 14th June 2012 at Manila, Philippines.

Suzlon Energy Ltd. was conferred with a silver Award for Best Insights and Strategic Thinking & another Silver Award for Best Innovative and Integrated Media Campaign for "Pure Air Lovers Society, the largest social cause community in India in the shortest time" by Lowe Lintas & Partners.

The awards were organized by The University of Asia & the Pacific, School Of Communication (UA&P). The UA&P Tambuli Awards is the only global award that celebrates Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) effectiveness and the promotion of societal values in one award. Tambuli Awards inspires both clients and agencies to pursue their sense of purpose in doing good, as the cornerstone for profitability and business success.

Suzlon energy Ltd. won awards for best quality practices, both at Indian & International front earlier this year. Suzlon Wind Energy Corporation (SWECO), the Group's US subsidiary, was also recognized by Duke Energy with the President's Safety Leadership Award in recognition of outstanding safety accomplishments, the second year running that Suzlon has won this prestigious award.
