Code Edge Inc. is proud to announce it is now officially a public charity with tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code. Contributions donated to Code Edge, Inc. are fully tax-deductible retroactive.

Morrisville, NC, NC (prHWY.com) June 19, 2012 - Morrisville, NC, USA, June 13, 2012 -- Code Edge, Inc. is proud to announce it is now officially a public charity with tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code. Contributions donated to Code Edge, Inc. are fully tax-deductible retroactive to the founding of the organization on March 23, 2012. Code Edge, Inc. is also now eligible to apply for government and foundation grants, which will further broaden its access to resources and strengthen its ability to introduce under-served youth to computer programming.

"Obtaining 501(c)(3) status is a major milestone for Code Edge, Inc." remarked President and Co-founder Kendal Harrell. "This opens many doors for us to realize our goals as a charitable educational organization facilitating the creation of a new generation of youth who may pursue careers in computer programming and technology."

Code Edge, Inc. strives to fulfil its mission to engage the under-served youth population into an interest of computer programming to instill a sense of hope for a better future. They are dedicated to providing these youth with affordable opportunities to be trained in computer programming through out of school programs that may not otherwise be available. It is the desire of Code Edge for these youth to gain technical knowledge in computer programming to make them aware of life's possibilities. They strive to increase the potential for these youth to excel in technology and introduce this field of study as a possible career choice.
