Ciaran Maguire Group reveals the figures behind the supply and demand of Boa Vista

Ireland, Ireland (prHWY.com) May 30, 2012 - Ciaran Maguire Group reveal the figures which made the decision to invest in the relatively unknown beauty spot of Boa Vista. The figures outline the occupancy rates of the hotels already on Boa Vista and a private consultancy give a forecast for the expected figures of 2011 and projection of figures for 2012.

The report details that the occupancy rates in previous years were 62% rising to 85% forecasted for 2012. Ciaran Maguire said "We are expecting these rates to continue and rise to full capacity throughout the year with the help of West Paces who are the managing arm of the Ritz Carlton."
