STELLA- Latest Extraordinary Italian Restaurant in Bethel, CT is A lot Like Home
The new Italian restaurant-- Stella-- is open and booming with business downtown Bethel, Connecticut. This attraction is a must, and their cuisine will have you coming back for more!
The unique name Stella is Italian for "star" and also means "Stella beer on tap."
With the rapidly changing economy, Stella has been able to continue attracting people with the help of their candle lit ambiance and the contrasting flavors and textures in the broad variation of food. The staff ensures a well enjoyed dinner or lunch whether it's a date, family gathering, or simply just reuniting a group of friends. In addition, reservations are always welcome. A huge contribution to their desirability is the 80's music they play which accompanies the soft lighting, giving the restaurant one of the most unique feels in the whole town.
This new attraction replaced the recently relocated Pancho's and Gringos. This previous restaurant was well sought-after on it's own, so Stella was off to a great start once they arrived. Fortunately Dolan Plaza never has an excessive amount of traffic which makes it easy to get in and out, and gratefully provides generous parking so there's no need to worry about finding another place to park. It's even directly next door to Peachwave, a delightful frozen yogurt venue that's perfect for dessert!
The Head chef has been creating his own distinctive type of Italian cuisine for 20 years. His earlier experience demonstrates his expertise of creating authentic and delicious food creations. Customers know that the food will taste exceptional and fresh out of Italy. The founders of the restaurant carefully handcrafted their 150 year old chestnut bar, and it gives the restaurant a comfortable feeling and gorgeous original look.
Cocktails, Martinis, beers, and wines are all chosen carefully to accompany each item on the menu. Each of these drinks is expertly prepared and served by the glass, enhancing the dining experience.
The owners have been in the restaurant business for over 30 years. They consider their customers a second family, and the staff is said to provide "superb service."
The experience of walking into the eatery has been described as similar to "walking into a private grotto." It's year-round patio is exquisite when the weather permits it.
Additionally, the attire for this quaint eatery is nothing too difficult. It's a perfect mix of casual and dressy and supports the "organic ambiance" of the establishment.
Stella has gotten nothing but positive reviews on its staff, all around atmosphere, and delightful European cuisine. Not only that, but the friendly vibe that is expressed will also be sure to lure you back a second time. It's difficult to find a calm environment these days where the personnel is so engaging, and it goes to show that you CAN survive a roller coaster economy with the right ambiance and service.
Stella is opened seven days a week for lunch and dinner and you can get to know more about it at: http://www.StellaRestaurantBar.com
