Palm View Resorts Cape Verde passes an important milestone with the issue of the Compliance certificates.

Ireland, Ireland (prHWY.com) May 22, 2012 - Palm View Resorts, Boa Vista, March 23rd - Ciaran Maguire Group received the Compliance Certificate for their first block of Apartments to be finished in Block A on their development Palm View Resorts Boa Vista, in the islands of Cape Verde.

Block A is situated at the front of the Resort with direct beach access. The apartments are ready for the interior designers and for the luxurious furnishes that will fill the apartments. According to the construction schedule from Ginta Matukaitis project manager, Block F will follow with the amenities to complete Phase 1 on the Resort. Ciaran Maguire said "This is an important milestone for all our investors, we're happy that the development will continue to be completed to the high standards we have set".

Palm View Resorts Cape Verde will be one of the first privately owned developments of it's kind in Boa Vista when it completes in 2012. The development offers a Sale & Leaseback Scheme that provides 100% finance to its' investors.
