Ciaran Maguire meets with Yang Po Tan Singapore's leading Property Investment CEO for due diligence on the site

Ireland, India (prHWY.com) May 11, 2012 - Ciaran Maguire met with one of Singapore's leading investment speaker at the end of February to view the land and planned site of Fond Bay St Lucia. The two parties met as a first leg of the intended seminars to be held in KL & Singapore over the next two months.

Yang Po was keen to carry out her own due diligence checking the title deeds, planning permission for both St Lucia & Bequia and meeting with the lawyers acting for CMG in St Lucia. The CEO of Azea Property Investments is an experienced and seasoned business woman that has been party to numerous successful developments in the Sale & leaseback environment.
