Social Care considered the needs and mindset of their target market carefully before digging into the process. Sometimes a small evolution - or a new coat of paint - is all that's needed to rejuvenate and make a brand relevant.
By rebranding they wanted to stay relevant. Assumptions made when the brand was established were no longer true. They analysed changes in target markets when exploring opportunities for brand expansion, repositioning and revitalisation.
They were mindful that the rebrand's story must be believable given the existing brand experience and customer perception. It must also hold credibility internally. If employees who live the brand day-to-day don't believe, the target audience won't either.
The new brand hopefully now encompasses everything from customer perception and experience to quality, look and feel, customer care, social media, web environments, marketing of collateral, the tone and voice of communications, and much more!
As part of the re brand they are also introducing the strap line: You care for others, we care for you......
Every brand needs refreshing to stay relevant as markets evolve. By rebranding as Social Care Resourcing the business hopes to enhance its position and make a statement to the market and competitors that it is here for the long run....
