Shanghai, China (prHWY.com) April 27, 2012 - Hongxing Machinery is proud to announce that they have been appointed by ACEROS Chile S.A. as their sole distributor for steel Grinding Mill Liners (GML) throughout Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia and Africa. The perpetual agreement provides Hongxing with a complete range of steel mill liners for SAG and Ball grinders from a world leading foundry with a strong history of quality. It also provides Hongxing with an additional source of quality manganese wear products for cone, gyratory and jaw type crushers.

All products produced by Aceros undergo strict quality control and inspection via multi-level validation and testing procedures throughout the design and manufacturing process. To complement the high level of technical support already provided by ACEROS under the agreement, the engineering department of our company is currently developing proprietary mill modelling software, based on in-house experience and industry research. This will allow our engineers to validate designs against theoretical considerations which will then be benchmarked against its growing application database, providing design control practices consistent with the risk minimisation policy of our enterprise.

Hongxing Machinery has long been renowned for its high level of site support and technical service and is building an even higher level of support into its mill liner business. Services such as condition monitoring, shutdown inspections and post-removal liner analysis are provided as a standard addition to supply contracts, with the site-specific level of support being tailored to individual requirements.

Hongxing Machinery recognises that not all ball mills use steel liners, and in response has recently secured the supply of high quality rubber mill liners and components. These liners are sourced from a quality global rubber manufacturer, allowing us to provide customised solutions for all types of Raymond mills, regardless of configuration.
