Doctors of Physical Therapy to Open New Locations

NAPERVILLE, ILLINOIS, March 26, 2012 - Doctors of Physical Therapy is scheduled to open two new conveniently located clinics one in Naperville, Illinois located at 504 North Route 59, Suite 124, April 2nd, and in Bolingbrook, Illinois located 726 S. Weber Road, Suite 101 on April 9th. This will be a total of three new locations for 2012. Doctors of Physical Therapy recently acquired OrthoCare clinic in Westmont at 6172 S. Cass Avenue.

These new clinics will provide current and future patients with the same excellent care offered at the seven present DPT locations, including individualized, custom treatment plans, one-on-one care and convenient appointment scheduling within 24 hours.

At Doctors of Physical Therapy, patients receive the highest value in care for their dollar. DPT's unique business model is unlike most PT companies in the Midwest in that they hire only clinicians with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Patients are treated by the highest educated physical therapist, not assistants or athletic trainers giving the patient what they are paying for, physical therapy by a physical therapist.

The clinicians and staff at DPT make it their number one goal to ensure fast, effective patient recovery. "Whereas many other practices utilize physical therapy assistants, we chose to have the highest educated clinicians on staff who treat their patients at every session. Our doctorate level therapists work directly with patients during each session, and stay with them through their entire program" says Aaron Kraai, PT, DPT, Founder & CEO. "By ensuring that each patient is seen by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, v. an assistant, not only does the patient receive a higher level of care, but they also enjoy a faster recovery time which equates to less financial strain," Dr. Kraai states.

Every patient has a choice on where to go for therapy. Dr. Kraai encourages those in need of physical therapy ask these questions when picking a physical therapy provider: Will I see a physical therapist for every session or will I be treated by physical therapy assistant? Will I see the same physical therapist every time? Do they use evidence based intervention, only those methods proven to work as support by research and literature?
