Tampa, FL, March 21, 2012 - Hope For The WarriorsÂ® is proud to announce their partnership with Recon Cigars (www.reconcigars.com). Recon Cigars are produced by Humo Del Diablo, LLC, a company founded by Josh Rubin, United States Marine.
