BalanceLogic Employee Earns Industry Recognized Information Technology (IT) Certification

Black, a Technical Support Specialist, has been part of the BalanceLogic team since early 2010 and specializes in imaging technologies and data recovery.

Recognized internationally and by the U.S. Department of Defense, the Network+ certification ensures that a network professional has the necessary knowledge and skills needed to manage, maintain, troubleshoot, install, operate and configure network infrastructure. The Network+ exam covers network technologies, installation and configuration, media and topologies, management, and security. The certification is considered an industry standard and requirement for an array of technical positions, including technical support specialist, network administrator, network technician, network installer, and help desk technician.
