2012 Elections In Maharashtra Has A New Winner - eNlight Cloud

MAHASEC website is designed by Ultimate ITPL, a leading IT company based out of Pune, who partnered with ESDS Software Solution, a leading Datacenter Solutions provider in Nasik, to host the MAHASEC Technology Platform. Even though ESDS has been hosting MAHASEC website since June 2011, the real test came at the time of the recently concluded elections in Maharashtra that saw an encouraging turnout.

The MAHASEC website experienced constant rise in traffic as the election date closed in. As anxiety levels regarding the candidates, their information, lists etc rose, so did the number of hits the site garnered each day. As anticipated, the MAHASEC website was flooded on the day of Result Declaration, 17th February 2012 which sealed the fate of many. The site served more than 16,000 connections simultaneously at any given point in time throughout the day and 40 search hits per second in Mumbai alone with continuous queries being executed.
