Ahmedabad, India (prHWY.com) February 15, 2012 - Jimmy Mistry the Designer and Managing Director of Della Tecnica Group, have a passion and visionary which gets reflected in his every project. The designer's home comprises 20,000 sq ft residence is spread over five floors, not only accommodates all possible luxuries but is also firmly rooted in the history of a community . The flooring is black statvario and marquina complements the décor. The lamps and other décor items have been imported from Italian Design studio. In China while the Japanese auto plays piano features an orchestra and videos. The bar can serve drinks for up to 150 people at a time. The 24-seater dining has been custom-made by Mistry.

But Jimmy wants to create an iconic building that would highlight Zoroastrianism in a way that has been done in the last 350 years. Also if things go same in all his projects then there would be a possibility of losing some of the charm. Therefore he opted for contemporary theme, balanced by traditional stylish, for the interiors. He wanted his house to have all amenities so that none of his family members would have to step outside for anything. The home, spread over 20,000 sq ft has a formal and informal living room, dining kitchen, four bedrooms, swimming pool, gymnasium, home theatre area and a salon. Therefore all his wishes came true through his home. Jimmy does have umpteen numbers of ideas for his projects which also gets reflected either.
